Am staying overseas and tried to send an order as a gift to cousin but she didn’t get it till now, and I didn’t get any refund! Paid alot for international phone calls to solve the issue but couldn’t!

Delivery service was smooth and on time. The avocado salad was nice although I did expect more than 5 small pieces of chicken considering I paid an extra $6.50 for it. The kunefe was absolutely delicious however.

The food at this place is always amazing! But this time, the restaurant's phone was not working. I wanted to ask the restaurant a question after submitting my order, but there was not way to connect with them. At that point I didn't know if the restaurant was even open, or if my order was going to come. In the end, they did come, and the food was delicious, but it was not a smooth process.

Food is good, but I get the same thing every time and it comes out different. Sometimes it has carrots, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes there is more chicken sometimes there is less

It took two hours and twenty minutes for the delivery to arrive. And, it was cold when it arrived. The restaurant was very apologetic but the extreme lateness ruined our meal.

The food was delicious but delivery was below average. The guy made a fuss about coming to my door even when I told him that I had a baby with me. If the expectation is that customers are meant to meet the driver on the street - I really don't see why we should tip given that I am already paying for delivery.

Not the greatest Mediterranian food I've ever had but edible. Definitely fresh.

The food was great but I had requested no rice (just salad) on the Kofte dish (as I am allergic to rice). Unfortunately, they loaded up the order with a ton of rice and I had to pick through it.
